Actors? No way! Did John Wayne ever need plastic surgery? Hells no! Does Sean Connery need need plastic surgery? Hells no!
If our boy needs plastic surgery, then he’s not finding the right roles.
What about if a man is born with a cleft palate or is a terrible burn victim or has lost part of his face in a carpentry accident? Surely a cosmetic repair procedure would be necessitated in such cases.
